Who are you?

Lots in Pots is a new way of providing stylish planter designs to homes UK-wide. From the award-winning Garden Designer Hugh Frost, our team of professional horticulturalists and designers have created an unique collection of plants containers to suit the season and trends.

How does Lots in Pots Work?

Lots in Pots has a range of pots and plants to create your perfect design for your outdoor space. You can browse our collection online at www.lotsinpots.co.uk, visit our showroom or arrange for one of our Lots in Pots designers to visit your home and provide you with a free consultation to discuss which of the style and colour ranges would best suit you and your garden.

You can then order them online, on the phone by calling 0845 833 0740 or by coming to our showroom

Our design team will build the pot and plant combination to your size and shape requirements and delivery will be within two weeks of you placing your order. Some orders can be delivered earlier than two weeks on request, similarly if Lots in Pots is for a gift, such as anniversary or birthday, delivery may be arranged to suit a specific date. We don’t just deliver and drop, we place the plants into position and advise you on how to care for them.

Every season, you will choose from a new collection of professionally designed, seasonal plant combinations. These plants will replace the previous season’s selection in your established pots to give your garden or entranceway a completely new feel and look for the coming months. Simply pick which design style and colour combination you would like and at a time to suit you, your new professionally-designed collection will be delivered to your door and carefully positioned in your pots.

You can choose to keep last season’s plants for composting or planting out and position them in your garden or if you prefer, Lots in Pots can take them away and recycle or compost them at our environmentally-friendly site.

Please can you explain your ranges?
Lots in Pots has three different style ranges;

Vogue is a modern and contemporary approach to plant combination design, using the latest trends and fashionable colours to create a statement for your garden or entranceway.

Finesse is a sophisticated blend of tones, textures and shapes to create a stylish, mature design for your outdoor space.

Classic is simply that, a timeless blend of traditional plants and shapes for the season and a collection of plants which will seem as if they have always been there. Within each style, there are 4 colour ranges to choose from ranging from subtle tones to vivid shades.

Can I come and have a look at the Lots in Pots range in the “flesh”?
If you cannot decide which of our huge range of pots and plants to chose from by browsing online, then it is a great idea to come to our show garden in Nottinghamshire to see our full collection.

By experiencing the plants yourself you will be able to fully appreciate the combination of the textures and aromas created by our professional design team We can also arrange for a Lots in Pots consultant to visit your home when they will bring a sample of our collection range and discuss with you which products would best suit your garden.

Are the Lots in Pots ranges ethically and environmentally?
Currently a large percentage of our range is organic and locally sourced. We are working towards locally sourcing our entire range, only using peat-free produced plants, biodegradable pots and a pesticide-free production technique.

How do you guarantee the pots and plants?
All our pots, plants and accessories are sourced for their quality and hardiness. The Lots in Pots guarantee is that we will make sure you are 100% happy with your products and if you are not, we will replace the goods or offer you a full refund.

What is the turnaround time of orders?
The average turnaround time from placing an order to delivery when the plants will be positioned at your home is approximately two weeks. However if you require the plants earlier, we will arrange for special delivery, likewise if your Lots in Pots order is for a gift and required on a specific date and time, please state this at the time of placing your order and we will ensure that we conform exactly with your requests.

It is important to remember that we only use fresh, quality plants direct from the growers and do not keep stock plants on site at our nursery. This adds a couple of days to the logistics and estimated delivery time.

What are the delivery terms?
If you live in the Lots in Pots free delivery area (30miles from Ravenshead), your delivery will be free of charge*. If you are ordering from outside of that area, your delivery charge will be stated at the point of ordering and will depend on your geographical location.
