Delivery Policy

How much will it cost me?
There is only one delivery charge per order. This charge is automatically calculated according to the weight and total price of the products you have selected to buy (added to your shopping basket); it doesn't matter how many items you order. The delivery charge will be visible at checkout. We only deliver within a 30 miles radius of Ravenshead. Delivery is free on all Lots and Pots Plant and Pot combination within 30 miles. For Christmas tree delivery costs please see below.

When will my order arrive?
The delivery date will depend on the product's availability and delivery schedules. Lots in Pots pot and plant combination only use fresh plants and are built to order.


Can I book a delivery date online?
You can request a delivery date for Lots and Pots pot and plant combinations by emailing our sales department when you place you order. One of the Lots in Pots sales team will then give you a call to confirm your final delivery date. However if the dates we offer are not convenient you can suggest an alternative date for delivery.
If you are ordering a product as a gift and require a specific delivery date then please email our sales team stating your order number and contact details at sales@lotsinpots.co.uk.

Can I change my delivery date?
If your item is being delivered by us you can change your delivery day up to 72 hours prior to delivery. After that you will incur a £10 administration charge to change delivery times. If our delivery team is unable to deliver your products on the delivery date you will be charged the full amount and will incur another delivery charge to redeliver your goods.

Do you deliver to my address?
Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some delivery services are either extended by 2 working days, or in some instances not available at all.

Can all my items arrive at the same time?
You can arrange for several products to be delivered on the same day. But due to availability some may arrive separately and at different times, but we will inform you of this when confirming your delivery date.

Can I call you on the morning of delivery to confirm the delivery time?
We will give you a 2-hour slot in which your delivery will arrive, and unfortunately we are unable to give you any more detail than that.

Terms and conditions
Delivery times apply to items in stock.
If any items you order are not available we will use the telephone or email details you have provided to contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. If we are not able to contact you we will use our discretion and send you the items that are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s) or refund you accordingly.

Deliveries normally occur between 7am and 12pm or 12pm and 6pm. You will be given a 2 hour window for your delivery time.

Deliveries are on Working days which are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. We will position pot and plants into your chosen position and Lots in Pots is not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.
Please leave a daytime telephone number as we may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some services are not available.


Returns and refunds


Our returns policy is in addition to your legal rights.

Products Delivered To You
If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 28 days after delivery by: calling us on 0845 833 0740 or emailing us at sales@lotsinpots.co.uk or writing to us at Lots in Pots, the Green House, Mansfield Road, Ravenshead, Nottingham, NG15 9JL to cancel the order (or part of it) and arrange collection.

This is subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging.
Orders which are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).

If you return the product to store we may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges.

 

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. Please call us on 0845 833 0740 to arrange.

Returns and Refunds


Our returns and refunds policy
We're happy when you're happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange/refund any unused items.

If you return the item unused, with the original receipt within 30 days we will;
Exchange the item or issue a refund based on the original method of payment, customer sales forms are an acceptable form of receipt or

You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges.

If you return the item unused, without the original receipt we will;
Exchange the returned product at the current selling price

Orders that have been made to measure, Special order, cut or mixed to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If the product you purchased is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse a return with or without a receipt.
